About the Role
We are currently seeking an Investment Associate Intern (f/m/x) on behalf of our client, a company specializing in strategic leadership advisory, venture building, and investment services.
They bridge opportunities between Europe and the UAE, offering tailored support to governments, family offices, corporates, and innovative startups. Duration
6 months Internship with the option for permanent employment.
Your Role
As an Investment Associate Intern, you will support various aspects of the deal and investment process with minimal input, delivering finalized outputs independently. You will proactively manage your own timeline and contribute to deal sourcing with your ideas while building strong relationships with middle to senior-level contacts. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting market and industry research
Identifying and reviewing new investment and advisory opportunities
Modeling and structuring investments, including financial models and investment decks
Supporting clients in due diligence processes and deal closings
Developing growth strategies for their portfolio and clients
Following up with clients, investors, and partners
Preparing for potential exits

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with excellent results; Master’s degree is a plus (candidates currently pursuing their degree are also welcome)
Enjoy working with numbers and storytelling through data
2-3 years of relevant experience, which can also include internships (during or before your studies)
Preference for prior experience in a corporate environment, strategy consulting, private equity, or investment banking
Fluent in English; Arabic and/or German is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Your Personality
A down-to-earth, autonomous professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under tight deadlines
Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial, deals-focused approach
