Malea Partners is currently looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our growing recruitment operations across the GCC region. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in talent acquisition within a fast-paced, international environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple sectors (Finance, Technology, Life Sciences)
Help manage job postings, candidate outreach, screening, and interview scheduling
Conduct initial candidate assessments and support in building strong talent pipelines
Assist in market mapping and research for ongoing mandates
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Maintain and update ATS systems and reporting tools
Contribute to a high-quality candidate and client experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
First experience in recruitment, HR, or a strong interest in the industry
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Excel, and digital tools
Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
