About the Role

Our client, a renowned international bank, is expanding its presence in the Middle East and is looking for an experienced Junior Relationship Manager to lead and grow institutional partnerships across banking, asset management, and wealth management.


This is a high-impact, strategic role for professionals with strong networks in the GCC financial sector and a proven ability to drive revenue and build long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire and manage relationships with financial institutions, asset managers, hedge funds, HNWIs, and family offices.

  • Act as a true hunter - identifying, approaching, and winning new clients across the region.

  • Cross-sell the bank’s full suite of custody, investment, and institutional banking solutions.

  • Drive revenue growth through strong commercial instincts and a hands-on business development approach.

  • Lead client onboarding and serve as the main point of contact for institutional accounts.

  • Represent the bank at key events and position it as a go-to partner in the Middle East.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a regulated financial institution, preferably in relationship management or institutional sales.

  • Proven ability to acquire new clients and build a sustainable portfolio from the ground up.

  • Deep network in the Middle East financial ecosystem, including banks, investment firms, and wealth managers.

  • Solid understanding of institutional account structures, compliance, and onboarding processes.

  • Strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of professionalism.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
