About the Role

We’re hiring a Lead Engineer to take ownership of technical development and integrations. This role is ideal for someone who understands the GCC banking ecosystem, can lead a team and is ready to build robust, scalable systems from the ground up.

You’ll work closely with the founding team and own the end-to-end technical delivery. From infrastructure to APIs, from system architecture to scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering roadmap and team setup in collaboration with the founders

• Build and optimize integrations with banks and financial institutions in the GCC

• Oversee core infrastructure, backend development and API architecture

• Drive technical decision-making and implementation in an early-stage environment

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and compliance teams

• Ensure scalability, reliability and security of systems
