
About the Role
On behalf of our Client, a Single Family Office in Abu Dhabi, we're looking for a Sales / Relationship Manager to drive the expansion of its advisory services arm across the GCC. This role focuses on selling corporate structuring, fund setup, and financial advisory solutions in ADGM, targeting HNWIs, Family Offices, Private Equity (PE), and Venture Capital (VC) firms. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the GCC financial sector and a proven track record in B2B sales within financial services .
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the Family Office’s advisory business.
Identify and approach HNWIs, institutional investors, PE & VC firms seeking corporate structuring, fund setup, and investment solutions.
Promote ADGM-based advisory services and position the Family Office as a trusted partner for financial structuring and investment facilitation.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to deal closure.
2. Relationship Management & Client Expansion
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in financial institutions, family offices, and investment firms.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their financial structuring and regulatory needs are met.
Expand the client base through networking, referrals, and industry partnerships.
3. Market Engagement & Strategic Partnerships
Represent the Family Office at investment forums, financial conferences, and exclusive networking events.
Develop strategic alliances with law firms, fund administrators, and financial consultants to drive business referrals.
Stay up-to-date with GCC financial regulations, ADGM compliance frameworks, and investment trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
4. Regional Travel & Sales Expansion
Travel frequently across the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar) to meet clients and close deals.
Strengthen the Family Office’s presence in key financial hubs such as Riyadh, Dubai, or Manama.
Requirements
10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or financial advisory.
Proven sales track record in corporate structuring, investment solutions, or financial services.
Established network in the GCC financial sector, particularly among HNWIs, Family Offices, PE & VC firms.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently across the GCC.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
