
About the Role
Malea Partners is currently looking for a Senior Recruiter (m/f/x) with experience in Finance & Financial Services recruitment to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle 360° recruiting - from client acquisition to successful candidate placement
Drive business development with new and existing clients across the Finance ecosystem (banks, family offices, asset managers, investment funds)
Independently manage recruitment processes for mid-senior to executive roles
Identify and engage top Finance talent across the GCC and Europe
Conduct structured interviews and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and advise on talent strategy
Contribute to the development of Malea Partners' recruitment methodology and growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
3–5+ years of recruiting experience, with a clear focus on Finance (private banking, asset management, investment, corporate finance)
Proven track record in 360° recruiting, including client development and stakeholder management
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
Self-driven and strategic, with strong interpersonal and commercial skills
Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and sourcing strategies
Confident, collaborative, and quality-focused
