
About the Role
Malea Partners is currently seeking a Senior Recruiter with a strong background in Technology recruitment to support our expanding client base across the UAE and GCC.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle 360° recruiting – from sourcing to closing, across technical and strategic roles
Develop and expand client relationships within the Tech, Fintech, and Digital Innovation sectors
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting hiring for engineering, data, product, and leadership roles
Proactively source and engage tech talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, events, and referrals
Maintain structured candidate pipelines and run effective selection processes
Collaborate closely with hiring teams to define search strategies
Continuously improve recruitment tactics and market outreach
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
3–5+ years of experience in tech recruiting (agency or in-house), ideally with exposure to fast-scaling environments
Deep understanding of technical profiles (engineering, product, data, DevOps, etc.)
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
Proven success in business development or client partnership
Comfortable with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment metrics
Strong communicator with a proactive mindset
